Hi!  I'm Lucia BrawleyAs a tech entrepreneur, Executive Producer of two-time Interactive Emmy finalist The World Cup of Hip Hop, a writer, actor, political advocate, and public speaker, I ignite change.

This is the Adinkra symbol for the Ghanaian saying, Gye Nyame, meaning "Except God," as in "No one is greater than I, except God," "I fear no one, except God," "all things change, except God." My husband was born in Accra, Ghana and we share the meaning of Gye Nyame with our daughters to remind them of their own power, the equality and potential of all people, and the humility that comes with knowing, and serving, something greater than one's self.
